Professionalism and Ethics
I would like to share my experience when I contacted Stewart Duffy for advice. He was very professional and he prevented me from jumping on a band wagon that could only cause losing money. I cannot recommend enough his professionalism and ethics, both very difficult to find as a combination nowadays.

Superb work completed by Stewart, he provided an excellent service, explained everything he did and came back to check the roofing complimented his own work. We had a leak and a fault with the boiler that we were not aware of even though a plumber had previously completed work on it.

Fantastic Heating Engineer
If you're looking for a great heating engineer/plumber, stop looking now and call AGA Plumbing and Heating. They installed a brand new heating system in our house (pipes, boiler etc.) and we couldn't be any happier with the result. Lovely warm house, great workmanship and Stewart (AGA Boss) was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely knowledgable too and gave us some sound advice re: boilers and radiators. Very accommodating too about when the work was carried out as they had to work round other tradesmen.
Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Great all round experience from start to finish
I sent an email to a few plumbers for a boiler service, Stewart got back to be very quickly and provided a great quote and could do the work within a day of me confirming.
We have an old boiler that i had never heard of, Stewart gave it a full check over and service said it was solid and should last another 4 years. He also took the time to explain that the boiler was a little small for our house so was running at nearly full capacity all the time and recommended when it needed replacing to replace with a bigger capacity one, but never pushed for getting it changed as it should last another 4 years.When it does need replacing AGA will be the first company I will contact.

Potterton Boiler Breakdown
Came out to my dead Potterton boiler... had a good lengthy look, probably about an hour in total, decided that it was probably too old for his area of expertise and recommended another guy... didn't charge me anything for his time. (The other guy fixed it the next day for a very reasonable charge). Would definitely recommend him... nice that he didn't just want to "sell me a new boiler"

New boiler fitted great service
I had a boiler fitted a few weeks ago and i am very pleased with the work done. They worked very efficiently sticking to the time quoted and the standard of the work is excellent. They also made sure that I was not left without heat or hot water while they were completing the job. I would definitely recommend them.

Boiler repair - Droylsden
I put in a call today regards a needed repair on my boiler which stopped providing hot water and heating.
Upon calling and giving a vague overview of the problem. I was really surprised to be told that I can get a visit same day which I am thankful for. After approx only 1 hour I had a knock at the door with view to get this issue fixed. My boiler is an old one and expected the worst however, was provided with great advice and guidance and a successful repair. This advice I fully agreed.
Thank you for the reactive and professional service provided. I would highly recommend and have saved details for future use on services should this be required.
This job is now completed and and I can have use of hot water!!!!!!

Amazing Service
Telephoned AGA Plumbing and Heating on Christmas Eve with a boiler issue where I couldn't heat my home and get hot water. Spoke with Stewart the engineer on the telephone and he arranged to call at my house (the same day and within 90 minutes) Stewart gave the boiler a once over along with a check of other ancillary items (programmer,room stat) and diagnosed the issue to be my programmer and not the boiler. He gave me the option for himself to replace the faulty item or he showed me how to change and fit a new programmer which were two screws and a clip. Where do you find a genuine engineer that offers this fantastic and cost effective service?
This company is a credit to there industry and I would use them again at the drop of a hat. AGA DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE. AMAZING.
